Republicans Are Punishing African American For Putting A Black Man In The White House

The truth be told, the Republicans Party is doing everything it can to make President Obama look bad. The high unemployment in the black community is due to the high vote President Obama received. Anything that was meant to help the poor and middle class, has been blocked by the GOP. This is white america way of showing that an old way of thinking is true, " blacks are inferior."

Health Care Law Repeal

While Republicans lambast the cost of implementing health care reform, a new report shows that their efforts to repeal the law have come at a major cost to taxpayers -- to the tune of nearly $50 million.
The House of Representatives again voted to repeal President Obama's signature health care law on Wednesday, marking the 33rd time Republicans have attempted to take down the legislation. The 32 previous repeal efforts faltered at the hands of the Democrat-controlled Senate; the latest attempt is unlikely to break that pattern.
According to a report by CBS News, these efforts, widely viewed as symbolic political maneuvers, come with a high price tag.
CBS' Nancy Cordes reported Wednesday that Republicans' many fruitless attempts at repealing the Affordable Care Act have taken up at least 80 hours of time on the House floor since 2010, amounting to two full work weeks. As the House, according to the Congressional Research Service, costs taxpayers $24 million a week to operate, those two weeks amounted to a total cost of approximately $48 million.

Whites American Will Give All Their Money To Kick Other Black Family Out.

Those with money are doing everything in their power to keep President Obama from a second term. Will to spend their money to keep a "Nigga' out the White House. But want use their money to create jobs. Its not President Obama that has us under employed, but the racism in america that has us like this. It's not that they want Romey, but they just don't want a Black President. So they are doing everything in their power and money to make President Obama look bad.

The campaign to reelect President Barack Obama announced on Monday that it had raised $35 million less than the Mitt Romney campaign in June and has cited that gap in an email to supporters as a vehicle to request more donations. The campaign said it had raised $71 million in June -- its best monthly total to date -- to Romney's $106 million.
The figure includes money raised by the Democratic Party. The campaign said that more 706,000 people donated.
Here's the text of the full email, titled "Good News and Bad News."

Sheriff Show Off New Unform

A Georgia sheriff seeking re-election this year responded to an embarrassing moment from his past after old photos of him dressed in a Ku Klux Klan robe and hood surfaced.
Cherokee County Sheriff Roger Garrison, who denied affiliation with the KKK, told ABC Atlanta that the photos, which were taken at a Halloween party more than 25 years ago, were a costume meant to depict a scene from the Mel Brooks satire "Blazing Saddles."
"I don't deny it wasn't stupid, looking back now," Garrison said. "But there again I say what 21- or 22-year-old in this world hasn't made some stupid mistakes?"
In an interview with the Cherokee Tribune, the sheriff accused his opponent, David Waters, of leaking the photos in an attempt to damage his character.
"I’m deeply appalled he would stoop to this level," Garrison said. "It’s clearly an act ofdesperation on his part and I believe that the voters will respond accordingly."
Jodie Fleischer, the WBS reporter that obtained the photos of Garrison, would not reveal her source, but said that the pictures did not come from Waters. According to an Associated Press report, Waters said he was shown the photos last year, but did not act on them.

Black Leaders Want To Stay In The Past On Same-Sex Marrige, Time For Replacements.

Clyburn Gay Marriage
While President Obama gave his personal backing to same-sex marriage last Wednesday, he stopped short of advocating marriage equality for the entire country, saying that the matter should be decided on a state-by-state basis.
"I continue to believe that this is an issue that is going to be worked out at a local level," he told ABC's Robin Roberts.
On Monday, Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.), a long-serving congressman and civil rights icon, said that leaving the issue to states was a mistake. "If you consider this a civil right, and I do, I don't think civil rights ought to be left up to a state-by-state approach," he said during an appearance on MSNBC. "I think that we should have a national policy on this. State regulation is one thing, but the granting of the right to the states, I don't think that's a good policy and I have a problem with that."
Clyburn said that even though he disagrees with Obama on legislating gay marriage, he fully supported Obama's decision to come out in favor of equality. Echoingcomments made to the Columbia Free-Times on Saturday, Clyburn told MSNBC host Chuck Todd that "I, like the President, have evolved to a point of marriage equality."
He spoke about the influence of his "fundamentalist" Christian upbringing, which he said had kept him from supporting gay marriage while younger.
"I grew up with that indoctrination, and I have grown to the point that I believe we have evolved to marriage equality," he said.

Some In White America Are Willing To Replace President Obama With Anybody, Even A Convict.

Just how unpopular is President Barack Obama in some parts of the country? Enough that a man in prison in Texas is getting 4 out of 10 votes in West Virginia's Democratic presidential primary.
The inmate, Keith Judd, is serving time at the Beaumont Federal CorrectionalInstitution in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999. With 83 percent of precincts reporting, Obama was receiving 60 percent of the vote to Judd's 40 percent.
For some West Virginia Democrats, simply running against Obama is enough to get Judd votes.
"I voted against Obama," said Ronnie Brown, a 43-year-old electrician from Cross Lanes who called himself a conservative Democrat. "I don't like him. He didn't carry the state before and I'm not going to let him carry it again."
When asked which presidential candidate he voted for, Brown said, "That guy out of Texas."

Man Who Threaten To Kill President Obama Is Arrested

Christopher Hecker of Waynesboro, Va., has been charged with threatening to kill President Barack Obama after being arrested on Thursday, the Associated Pressreports.
A criminal complaint filed in federal court in Harrisonburg said Christopher Hecker of Waynesboro made death threats against the president and threatened to bomb the White House, hotels and other places, including Philadelphia City Hall and the site of the former World Trade Center. An affidavit said the threats were emailed to various media outlets.
The Harrisonburg Daily News-Record reports on the content of one of the emails, sent last month to Turner Corp., the parent company of CNN.
"I sent a bomb threat to the White House today and to several radio stations," Hecker wrote. "Sooner or later I will grab someone, maybe in the woods, on the trail, and beat the life out of them."
Continued Hecker: "[Obama] is the one that is destroying patriotism in the U.S.A. Ted Nugent is right. So, Obama is allowing me to be tortured to the point that I may murder someone, rather than deal with the mess he made. Your president is a coward."
Secret Service agents arrested Hecker outside the Waynesboro Public Library after exchanging emails with him and determining that he'd been regularly logging on to one of the facility's computers.

GOP State Legislatues Using Jim Crow Laws To Stop Obama Re-election.

WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) - New state laws designed to fight voter fraud could reduce the number of Americans signing up to vote in this year's presidential election by hundreds of thousands, a potential problem for President Barack Obama's re-election bid.

Voting laws passed by Republican-led legislatures in a dozen states during the past year have sharply restricted voter-registration drives that typically target young, low-income, African-American and Hispanic voters - groups that have backed the Democratic president by wide margins.

A further 16 states are considering bills that would end voter registration on election days, impose a range of limits on groups that register voters and make it more difficult for people to sign up, according to the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School.

The new laws - many of which include measures requiring voters to show a photo ID at the polls - could carve into Obama's potential support in Florida, Ohio and a few other politically divided states likely to be crucial in the Nov. 6 election, analysts say.

The analysts note that massive registration drives in 2008 helped put millions of people aged 18 to 29 on voting rolls, and that age group - which makes up roughly one-quarter of the U.S. electorate - helped propel Obama to victory, voting 2-to-1 for him.

Rock the Vote, a nationwide organization that mobilizes young voters, said the new laws would make it more difficult for the group to educate people on how to sign up to vote.

"The types of laws have varied, but state by state they've added up to the fact that it's going to be harder for young people to get registered and vote in this election cycle," said Heather Smith, president of Rock the Vote.

"We have a very busy year ahead of us, and a very important one," she added. "What a shame if we can't continue to engage this generation in the political process because these laws have made it harder."

Secret Service Revealed Secret In Between The Sheets.

The U.S. Secret Service agents accused of misconduct in a Cartagena, Colombia, brothel revealed their identities by bragging about their connection to President Obama, according to an exclusive report by ABC News:
Partying at the “Pley Club” Wednesday night, eleven members of the president’s advance team allegedly bragged “we work for Obama” and “we’re here to protect him.”
The officials spent the night throwing back expensive whiskey and enlisting the services of the club’s prostitutes, according to a bouncer at the club and a police source.

ABC reports that the agents received services from the “highest category” prostitutes and became combative when the bill arrived. The police were called when the club could not contain the dispute.

Obama, who arrived in Colombia after the incident said Sunday that "of course I'll be angry" if the accusations are true.

"I expect that investigation to be thorough, and I expect it to be rigorous," he said. "If it turns out that some of the allegations that have been made in the press are confirmed, then of course I'll be angry... We are representing the people of the United States, and when we travel to another country, I expect us to observe the highest standards."

Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said Monday that the leadership of the armed forces regrets letting the president down, according to NBC News.

"I can speak for myself and my fellow chiefs: We're embarrassed by what occurred in Colombia, though we're not sure exactly what it is," Dempsey said.

Romney Is Already Talking About Who He Is Going To Fire.

In a closed-door speech to donors at a private home in Florida on Sunday, Mitt Romney was unusually candid about his policy plans, offering details about what he expects to implement if elected president in November.

According to NBC News, the former Massachusetts governor said he may decide to eliminate several government agencies, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, which was once led by his father, George Romney.

"I'm going to take a lot of departments in Washington, and agencies, and combine them. Some eliminate, but I'm probably not going to lay out just exactly which ones are going to go," Romney said. "Things like Housing and Urban Development, which my dad was head of, that might not be around later."

Although Romney refused to make specific calls about each agency, he did suggest that the Department of Education would see major changes under a Romney presidency.

"I will either consolidate with another agency, or perhaps make it a heck of a lot smaller," Romney said. "I'm not going to get rid of it entirely," explaining that to do so could be a political pitfall and would eliminate a way to push back on powerful teacher unions.

Romney also acknowledged the key role those unions will have on the election, since many of them have pledged support for President Barack Obama.

"The unions will put in hundreds of millions of dollars," Romney said. "There's nothing like it on our side."

Dick Cheney Called President Obama A " Unmitigated Disater" After What Him And Bush Did, WTF.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- Former Vice President Dick Cheney walked onstage without any assistance and spoke for an hour and 15 minutes without seeming to tire in his first public engagement since he underwent a heart transplant three weeks ago.

He sat in a plush chair throughout the long chat with daughter Liz Cheney and looked decidedly healthier than recent appearances where he has been gaunt and used a cane.

Cheney even threw in a couple of political plugs amid much reminiscing at the Wyoming Republican Party state convention in Cheyenne on Saturday.

He said the presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is going to do a "whale of a job." He said it's never been more important than now to defeat a sitting president and the Republican Party should unite behind Romney.

"He has been an unmitigated disaster to the country," Cheney said of President Barack Obama.

The Wyoming Republican Party chose 14 delegates Saturday to this summer's Republican National Convention and all of them are committed to support Romney. The state will send a total of 29 delegates to the RNC.

Cheney's heart transplant in Virginia on March 24 initially canceled his trip to the state party convention but he got last-minute medical clearance to go.

"I'm not running any foot races yet but it won't be long," he said.

He owed a "huge debt" to the unknown donor of his new heart, he said, and to medical technology. He did not take the opportunity to weigh in on health care politics.

Racism Shows Up In Judges Email.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals' chief judge has ordered an investigation of an email sent by a Montana federal judge containing a racist joke about President Barack Obama.

Judge Alex Kozinski of the 9th Circuit appointed a special judicial committee to investigate the alleged misconduct by Montana Chief U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull, who last month admitted to forwarding an email that contained a racist joke about the president.

The email, sent in February and obtained by the Great Falls Tribune in March, contained a joke that compared African Americans to dogs and implied that Obama's mother had sex with animals. Cebull sent the message from his official courthouse email to seven recipients.

The judge claimed that he is not racist, but forwarded the email because he is "not a fan" of Obama. However, the message sparked a national firestorm, with many groups demanding that Cebull resign from his post.

Cebull later sent a letter of apology to the president. "I accept full responsibility," he wrote. "I have no one to blame but myself."

Kozinski appointed a five-person committee on March 23 to look into the judicial complaint, which was initiated by Cebull himself after the message was published.

Bobby Rush Still Fighting For The Black People.

Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) was thrown off the House floor Wednesday after wearing a hoodie and sunglasses in protest of the Trayvon Martin shooting in Florida.

"Racial profiling has to stop," Rush said as he peeled off his suit jacket to reveal a hoodie underneath, at which point he pulled the hood over his head and replaced his glasses with sunglasses. "Just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum."

Rush began citing passages from the Bible about the need "to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God" and about being "sent ... to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and to recover the sight to the blind and to set the oppressed free .... I urge all men who hear these words to heed these lessons."

Rep. Gregg Harper (R-Miss.), who was presiding over the chamber at the moment, repeatedly hammered the gavel and tried to interrupt Rush, but he kept talking with a louder voice.

"May God bless Trayvon Martin's soul, his family," Rush shouted. He was still yelling as he was escorted off the floor by the House Sergeant at Arms.

Sorry Newt, If Trayvon Would Have Been White, He Would Have Had Justice.

Republican hopeful Newt Gingrich slammed Barack Obama on Friday, saying the president's remarks about the fatal February shooting of Trayvon Martin were "disgraceful."

President Barack Obama addressed Martin's death during a Rose Garden appearance earlier Friday, framing the tragedy in personal terms by saying, "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon." Gingrich responded to Obama's remarks during a "Hannity Radio" interview:

What the president said, in a sense, is disgraceful. It’s not a question of who that young man looked like. Any young American of any ethnic background should be safe, period. We should all be horrified no matter what the ethnic background.
Is the president suggesting that if it had been a white who had been shot, that would be OK because it didn’t look like him. That’s just nonsense dividing this country up. It is a tragedy this young man was shot. It would have been a tragedy if he had been Puerto Rican or Cuban or if he had been white or if he had been Asian American of if he’d been a Native American. At some point, we ought to talk about being Americans. When things go wrong to an American, it is sad for all Americans. Trying to turn it into a racial issue is fundamentally wrong. I really find it appalling.

Trayvon Martin Is My Son Too, Says President Obama

For the first time since the controversy erupted on the national scene, President Barack Obama weighed in on the killing of Trayvon Martin, calling it a tragedy, urging cooperation among law enforcement and declaring that "some soul searching" was needed throughout the country.
"If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon," Obama said, underscoring how the issue affected him on a personal, and not just a political or legal, level. "I think [Trayvon's parents] are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves, and we are going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened."
The statement by Obama came after he introduced Dartmouth President Jim Kim to be the next head of the World Bank during an appearance in the Rose Garden. He took only one question before heading back into the West Wing -- signaling that both he and his press handlers were feeling pressure, coming from black activists and others, to make a public comment on the Martin case.

President Obama Has Had Enough Of Being Disrespected.

President Obama directly addressed a heckler on Thursday, asking the man to stop "being rude" and interrupting his speech.

While speaking on energy at Ohio State University, Obama was interrupted by a man repeatedly shouting.
"Sir, I'm here to speak to these folks," Obama said to the man. "You can hold your own rally. You're being rude."

The man appeared to be holding up a book that he wanted the president to read. Obama asked the man to pass the book forward to his staff.

"Sir, I'm trying to talk to these people," Obama said. "I'll be happy to read your book. If you wanna give me your book, I'll be happy to read it. But don't interrupt my conversation with these folks. Alright? Show me some courtesy, alright?"

White Millionaires Will Give Last Dime To Get Black President Out The White House.

The reclusive, super-wealthy Republican donor Harold Simmons sat down for an interview with the Wall Street Journal in which he explained why he decided to donate $18 million to conservative super PACs. To put it bluntly: he despises and fears President Barack Obama.

"Any of these Republicans would make a better president than that socialist, Obama," Simmons told the Journal (subscription required), in what is the piece's most provocative quote. "Obama is the most dangerous American alive … because he would eliminate free enterprise in this country."

An industrialist who heads Contran Corp., Simmons is not as well known as his fellow deep-pocketed, super PAC-backing brethren, Sheldon Adelson and Foster Friess. But the total number of dollars he's given makes him the biggest giver so far this election cycle. His sit-down with the Journal provided one of the first actual windows into what animates his politics.

The 80-year-old Texan takes his political advice from Karl Rove. And at another point in the interview, he insisted that if more campaign commercials had been run tying then-Sen. Obama to Bill Ayers, "we" -- as in conservatives -- "could have killed Obama." By this, he is speaking metaphorically, though the impression is left that those very ads will be featured more prominently in 2012.

Santorum Doesn't Care About The Unemployed, As Long As He Get The Job Of President

When Mitt Romney said he liked to fire people, he was talking about having a choice as a consumer between health insurers. But boy did it come out wrong.

On Monday, Rick Santorum had two similar moments while campaigning in Illinois. At his first event of the day in Rockford, Santorum said that "the issue in this race is not the economy."

Santorum was trying to argue that health care is the bigger issue because the government is taking over too much of the economy, and that is the larger reason why the economy is struggling. But the comment reinforced the image of Santorum as a politician more interested in social issues than in whether Americans without jobs can find work.

Then, Monday afternoon here in Moline, Santorum made an even more jarring comment, again when talking about health care.

"I don't care what the unemployment rate is going to be. It doesn't matter to me," Santorum said. "My campaign doesn't hinge on unemployment rates and growth rates. There's something more foundational that's going on here."

Why Is A Black President Having To Go So Far To Prove He Is An American?

I know that back when President Barack Obama called a meeting of the White House Press Corps to dramatically reveal his long-form birth certificate, there were plenty of people who thought it was an excellent move that stuck it to the crazies and especially embarrassed Donald Trump, who went full-birther ahead of the 2012 campaign cycle back when he was a fake candidate for president. And evidently, the Obama administration was among those who thought the decision to release his documents in that fashion was a great idea, because they slapped the birth certificate on a mug and started raising money off of it.

But at the time, I sort of thought that all the White House was doing was giving up power to some lunatics by catering to their dementia, in exchange for not quelling the dementedness at all. Pungent gases denied space will nevertheless flow to the space that remains, and while the "snap polls" that were conducted after the big reveal indicated that "24 percent of Republicans say that doubts they previously had about where Obama was born have been erased," they also noted that birtherism was holding strong in spite of having been shown to be insane:
But there is also discouraging news: More than half of Republicans still aren't buying Obama's story. 18 percent of them told Survey USA that they consider the long-form a forgery, and another 33 percent say they still have doubt. Moreover, nearly 60 percent of Republicans say that they either still consider Obama's birthplace to be open to debate or aren't sure, and 33 percent claim that the president was "definitely" or "probably" born elsewhere. (Among all voters, 77 percent now say that Obama was "definitely" or "probably" born in America.)

Could This Be A Plot To Kill The President.

A police sergeant in Arizona who got into hot water for posting a picture on his Facebook account featuring an bullet-marked image of President Obama was demoted and suspended, according to officials.

Pat Shearer, who took the picture, will be demoted to the rank of officer and suspended without pay for two weeks. "We expect our employees to exercise sound judgment and not bring discredit upon our police department," Police Chief Roy Minter said in a written statement.

The Secret Service began an investigation into the photograph, but told Reuters that it was not pursuing any action against Shearer. The phot depicted a group of seven teenagers holding firearms and holding a t-shirt with Shepard Fairley's famous portrait of Obama. The shirt appeared to be shot through with bullets. The Secret Service investigates all threats against a president, even ones made in jest.

Warren Buffett Tell Gov. Chris Christie That He Will Write Him A Check; Paying By The Pound.

Warren Buffett hit back at Chris Christie on Monday, sarcastically saying that the New Jersey governor's suggestion that the billionaire investor "just write a check and shut up" was a "touching response."

Buffet's comments came in response to an interview Christie gave CNN last week. Referring to Buffett's suggestion that the wealthiest Americans be taxed at a higher rate, the New Jersey governor said that Warren "should just write [the government] a check and shut up."

"It's sort of a touching response to a $1.2 trillion deficit, isn't it?" said Buffett in an interview Monday with CNBC. "That somehow the American people will all send in checks and take care of it?"
