Teacher Has Sex With At Less 12 Of Her Students

A high school art teacher in Tucson is accused of having sex with four of her students.
KVOA reports that Melissa Dalton was initially booked on four counts of sexual conduct with a minor on April 30.
After she posted bail and was released, more students came forward with details about the 33-year-old wife and mother's other alleged sexual encounters. That prompted police to add eight more counts, including six of sex with a minor.
Police started the investigation after one of the alleged victims told his cousin he had sex with Dalton.
Police said Dalton initially denied the allegations and then admitted "things went too far" with one of her students, according to Tucson News Now.
"Like, I get the fact that they feel like I had been leading them on," Dalton said, according to a police report obtained by News Now.
Explorer News reports that some of the alleged sexual encounters took place in Dalton's classroom, in her car and at one victim's parents' house.

Pastors Says Gays And Lesbians Should Be Killed Off Like Jews.

The barrage of anti-gay sermons delivered by North Carolina-based pastors to hit the blogosphere continues with yet another disturbing rant caught on tape.
The pastor, identified on YouTube as Charles L. Worley of Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, N.C., condemns President Obama's much-publicized endorsement of same-sex marriage while calling for gays and lesbians to be put in an electrified pen and ultimately killed off.
"Build a great, big, large fence -- 150 or 100 mile long -- put all the lesbians in there," Worley suggests in the clip, reportedly filmed on May 13.
He continues: "Do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can't get out...and you know what, in a few years, they'll die out...do you know why? They can't reproduce!"
He also said that if he's asked who he'll vote for, he'll reply, "I'm not going to vote for a baby killer and a homosexual lover!" Many of the congregants cheer and reply, "Amen."
Worley added, “It makes me pukin’ sick to think about -- I don’t even whether or not to say this in the pulpit -- can you imagine kissing some man?”

Zimmerman Has A History Of Being A Racist

Trayvon Martin Case Evidence

Within a collection of evidence officially released by the State Attorney's Office on Thursday, was an audio recording of a 15-minute interview with George Zimmerman's former co-worker. During the interview, the man, whose name was not given, says that Zimmerman racially targeted him and bullied him at work,ThinkProgress.com reports.
According to the witness, Zimmerman singled him out because he was Middle Eastern, calling him a "fucking moron" and mocking him with the voice of "Achmed the terrorist." He said Zimmerman would also tell stories and make jokes about "bombing" and other "Middle Eastern stuff."
Zimmerman has been charged with shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on the evening of Feb. 26 in a gated community in Sanford, Fla. Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer called 911 and told a police dispatcher that the teen, who was returning from a trip to a nearby convenience store, "looked suspicious." After an altercation, Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest, subsequently telling local police that he acted in self-defense.
In addition to the second-degree murder charge he's facing, Zimmerman could also face federal hate crime charges. If convicted of second-degree murder, Zimmerman could serve a maximum sentence of life in prison. However, if he is found guilty of a federal hate crime charge, he could face the death penalty.

Bad Grade Gets Child Beat, Parents Charged With Abuse.

Two parents have been charged with aggravated child abuse, after police said they beat their son over a report card conduct grade.
A police report states the couple’s 10-year-old son received a “non-satisfactory” grade for conduct. The boy told police he changed it from “N” to “S” for “satisfactory,” and gave it to his mother to sign.
When she observed him changing the grade back, she “whipped him.” Then police said the boy’s father did the same.
The report states the boy went to school with “open flesh wounds on his arms, head and face.”
33-year-old Mary Higginbottom and 32-year-old Johnny Allen were arrested for aggravated child abuse.
Neighbors to their right and left are shocked at the incident. Maxine Fowler and LaVerne Simms are very close to the couple’s three children, who often talk to them and play outside.
Both Fowler and Simms said they had not seen the three children since Easter, which was around the time police said the beating occurred.
Simms said, “They’ve always been very good parents. That’s why it really upsets me.”
The women said the parents believe in disciplining their children, but would never beat them.
“Mary said that she used a different approach. She takes something away from them,” Simms said.
But Fowler remembers one time when the 10-year-old got in trouble with a neighborhood child, and Higginbottom spanked him for it.
“Now Mary did give him a whipping for that. But she didn’t give him a beating,” Fowler said.
The neighbors are in complete disbelief that Higginbottom and Allen are in jail. They describe the couple as nice people, who have raised their children to be respectful.
In fact, the 10-year-old is known to often help Fowler and Simms with their groceries, or with taking the trash to the curb.
However, they have a theory about why the boy got a “non-satisfactory” conduct grade.
Simms said he had talked to her before about being bullied.
“He said he did well in school, but I know he was having some trouble with some of the boys up there. Because they were telling him that he was ugly, and different things. Isn’t that terrible? Hurtful?” Simms said.
She added, “He said, Miss LaVerne, they don’t like me at school. He said they pick on me all the time. And I said, well…turn the other cheek, walk the other way, and say, the Good Lord be with you.”
Fowler said the parents do not deserve to be in jail. Neither neighbor has ever seen any inappropriate behavior from the parents.

4-Year-Old Gets Arm Dislocated At Daycare

Joslyn Arquitt says her son’s right arm was dislocated, while in the care of Christ The Way Learning Academy on N. Highland Street. When Arquitt picked up 4-year-old David on Thursday, he was crying uncontrollably.
“I said, ‘Baby, what’s wrong with your arm?’ and he said, ‘Krystal pulled my arm’,” said Arquitt.
She took her son to Lebonheur where they put his arm back in place, but she had enough. She filed a police report and contacted the Department of Human Services to report the alleged child abuse.
“He had been saying for the past three weeks, ‘They don’t like me up there. Momma, I don’t want to go to daycare. They don’t want me at daycare’,” she said.
Arquitt thought her son was talking about the kids, but after the dislocated arm and bruises to the boy’s face, she began to reconsider.
“He had a thumb print [on the right side of his face] and a hand-print [on the left side of his face],” said Arquitt as she grabbed her own chin. “I said, again, a kid can’t do that, that’s a full-grown person’s hand.”
However, Brenda Haley, who owns the daycare, says she had no idea about the allegations. She wishes Arquitt would have come to her first, something police told the mother not to do.
“We would have been more than happy to address the matter, but as of right now I don’t know of any child being hurt or any complaint concerning this daycare,” said Haley.
The daycare owner said this would be the first claim brought against the daycare.

Young Buck Is A Homeless Rapper

Young Buck is in SERIOUS trouble -- the rapper has been evicted from his Tennessee mansion ... AND the I.R.S is still on his ass for more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

TMZ has learned ... the former G-Unit rapper was ordered to vacate his 5,000 square foot home by May 16th.
The details surrounding the eviction are unclear -- however, court docs show the judge in Buck's  bankruptcy case signed off on the sale of the house ... and ordered that the proceeds go towards paying off his massive $333,975.69 debt to Uncle Sam.

Sources tell us ... the rapper -- who bought the house in 2004 -- was spotted earlier this week carrying boxes and removing all of his stuff from the residence.

It's just the latest in a sad series of problems for the rapper ... who filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 ... and was SHOT AT 11 TIMES back in March.

We reached out to Buck for comment -- so far, no response.

Is President Obama The Reason Why Hate Groups Membership Is On The Rise?

The number of radical hate groups and militias has exploded in recent years in reaction to the changing makeup of America, and new census figures showing the majority of babies born in 2011 were non-white could fuel those simmering tensions, experts who track hate groups warned.
"White supremacist groups have been having a meltdown since the census bureau predicted that non-Hispanic whites would lose the majority by 2050," said Mark Potok, spokesman for the Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups. "The demographic change in this country is the single most important driver in the growth of hate groups and extremist groups over the last few years."
The data released this week revealed a tipping point in the country's demographic shift. For the first time in the country's history, more minority children were born than white children, setting the stage for an eventual non-white majority in America's population.
The census found that 50.4 percent of births in 2011 were of Hispanic, black, Asian, and other minority children. White babies accounted for 49.5 percent of the country's newborns.

GOP Pulling Out Race Card To Defeat President Obama

Timed to upend the Democratic National Convention in September, the plan would “do exactly what John McCain would not let us do,” the strategists wrote.
The plan, which is awaiting approval, calls for running commercials linking Mr. Obama to incendiary comments by his former spiritual adviser, the Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., whose race-related sermons made him a highly charged figure in the 2008 campaign.
“The world is about to see Jeremiah Wright and understand his influence on Barack Obama for the first time in a big, attention-arresting way,” says the proposal, which was overseen by Fred Davis and commissioned by Joe Ricketts, the founder of the brokerage firm TD Ameritrade. Mr. Ricketts is increasingly putting his fortune to work in conservative politics.
The $10 million plan, one of several being studied by Mr. Ricketts, includes preparations for how to respond to the charges of race-baiting it envisions if it highlights Mr. Obama’s former ties to Mr. Wright, who espouses what is known as “black liberation theology.

'Bridge-Jumping Game' , Young Girl Jumps To Her Death

Jordanoliver

Police believe an 11-year-old Bolingbrook, Ill. girl who drowned in a retention pond behind her elementary school Tuesday jumped off a bridge after being dared by classmates.
Witnesses remember hearing Jordan Oliver tell her friends she couldn't swimbefore jumping off the bridge behind Pioneer Elementary School, where Oliver was in fifth grade, according to WGN.
According to Bolingbrook police, Oliver and a group of six other boys and girls said they were going "bridge jumping" Tuesday and climbed over the side rails of the bridge at a pond at Indian Chase Meadows, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Oliver jumped twice: the first time she was able to swim to shore, but the second time witnesses saw her resurface, then sink into the 12-foot-deep water.
Police and fire crews arrived at the pond at about 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, and found the girl about an hour later, Bolingbrook police Lt. Mike Rompa told the Daily Herald. She was taken to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Grief counselors were on hand at the 800-student elementary school Wednesday morning, where school officials say they are trying to make the environment as normal as possible, ABC Chicago reports. Administrators described Oliver as a popular student who loved the school and got along with classmates.
She was an angel,” Jackie Malonga, Oliver's next door neighbor, told the Chicago Tribune. “Everyone in the neighborhood loved her. We are all in a state of shock right now.”

Man Sews Son's Buttocks Shut

A northeast Illinois man who stood accused of using a needle and thread to sew his son's buttocks shut has accepted a plea agreement and will not spend any time in prison.
Randy Swopes, 52, of Waukegan, entered an Alford plea Friday to aggravated battery. In an Alford plea, a defendant does not admit guilt but acknowledges that prosecutors have enough evidence to possibly win a conviction. Swopes was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 250 hours of community service.
Swopes' son reportedly suffers from Crohn's Disease. According to WebMD, the condition is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes, "inflammation or ulceration of the digestive tract."
In January 2008, the disease caused Swopes' son, then 14, to develop a fistula. One Crohn's information website describes a fistula as, "an abnormal tunnel connecting two body cavities that are not usually connected, such as the rectum and the vagina. A fistula can also be a body cavity to the skin such as the rectum to the outside of the body."
Fistulas are typically treated with medication and sometimes surgery.
In the case of Swopes' son, the fistula was on the boy's buttocks. Rather than take the teen to the doctor for treatment, Swope opted to take care of the problem himself andsewed the fistula shut using a needle and thread, Lake County Assistant State's Attorney Danielle Pascucci told the Lake County News-Sun.
The home surgery did not work as intended and the wound became infected. The boy was hospitalized for about a month while he recovered.

McDonald Has Added A New Favor To Breakfast

Reddit user LinkBoyJT posted an image Wednesday that might make your skin crawl. After ordering a McDonald's hash brown and eating most of it, the user was startled to find what appeared to be a deep-fried insect stuck to the bottom half.
The text accompanying the image -- which is pretty gross, by the way -- reads "I was eating a hash brown from McDonald's on the way home when I felt something on the bottom... "
The user doesn't disclose what type of insect it is, but it appears to be some sort of cockroach or moth. Late Wednesday night, the user posted an update:
I took the thing and showed it to the manager and she marked my receipt so I could get the same meal for free the next time I come in for breakfast. She didn't really seem all that concerned.

A Cheap Mother's Day Gift Man Stabbed To Death

A Texas woman repeatedly stabbed her fiancé after receiving only a card and flowers from Walmart for Mother's Day, investigators say.
Paige Parkerson, 20, is charged with first-degree felony murder in the death of Clifton "JR" Barkin, the 22-year-old father of her two children, according to the Daily Mail.
Barkin's mother, Evetta Wright, received a call from Parkerson early Monday morning informing her that Barkin was dead. "Paige told me that she killed JR," Wright told the Beaumont Enterprise. "That he was dead."
Wright last saw her son at 11:30 p.m. the previous night, when she dropped him off at the home he shared with Parkerson, according to the Enterprise. Just before that, Wright had driven Clifton to Walmart so he could purchase flowers and a Mother's Day card for Parkerson. Wright believes that her son's fiancée attacked him because she expected a more lavish gift.

Coach" Me-So-Horny"' Luther Campbell Allowed To Coach Football.

A state administrative law judge says former 2 Live Crew frontman Luther Campbell should be allowed to coach football in Florida schools.
Judge Robert Meale made his recommendation Tuesday.
The state refused to certify the 51-year-old rapper although he's been volunteering as an assistant coach with local approval in Miami. Education officials cited his songs' raunchy lyrics, a string of arrests and a performance with two women who removed their clothing in South Carolina.
Meale noted the charges were dropped, except for a couple misdemeanor gun crimes more than 25 years ago. He also wrote that Campbell has coached inner city youth and high school football without incident for years.
Campbell can take his case to an appellate court if Education Commissioner Gerard Robinson rejects Meale's recommendation.

Missing A Day At School, Is Not An Option For This Black Family

Neither bad weather nor car accident nor even feeling bad could stop Gennesaret Sealy from attending school every single day, nor could they stop her brother before her.
Sealy is set to graduate June 5 from Loveless Academic Magnet Program High School in Montgomery with a perfect attendance record since she entered kindergarten 13 years ago. Principal Sylvia Goshton said Sealy has not missed a day or been tardy in high school. School records show she did not miss a day in kindergarten, elementary school or junior high school either.
That includes days when she didn't feel like getting out of bed, a time during high school when family car problems forced her to take a city bus to and from school and the day that she and her mom were in a car crash on the way to school.
"It happened all of a sudden and my first thought was I'm going to be late to school," Gennesaret said. However, the wreck turned out not to be serious. They hurried through the police paperwork and she still got to school on time.
When she had to ride a city bus to and from school, her mother said, "She didn't want her friends to see her riding the city bus."
But she went.
Attending school every day is a family tradition for the Sealys. Gennesaret's brother, Sosthenes, also never missed a day of school from K-12. He graduated in 2007 and is near graduation at Montgomery's Faulkner University.
